Glenn’s student workshops are engaging from start to finish, with students and teachers alike drawn into the thought provoking conversation which extends their insight and ability to self-reflect – two important skills to promote mental health. This unique opportunity for safe vulnerability allows the students to connect meaningfully with Glenn and others in the session while providing space for introspection. No two workshops are alike as Glenn artfully and entertainingly weaves the students and their stories into his narrative to encourage engagement, awareness, connection and authenticity. I highly recommend these progressive and generationally appropriate workshops promoting mental health and maturity in adolescents and young adults.

As a Motivational Speaker Glenn Manton is raw, real-authentic. His speaking style the same.
For over 20 years he has been traveling the country inspiring, educating and entertaining audiences with a unique blend of humour, passion and integrity. Glenn is much more than a motivational speaker,he creates conversation…and he listens. As a keynote speaker he doesn’t stand behind the lectern he stands apart.
Glenn drives thought and builds connections via creative interactions that challenge any audience and provoke thought and possibly change.
Students in need of provocation? Corporates seeking conversation? Team searching for connection?
I creatively share raw stories-that connect. And I ask challenging questions that empower. I’m not afraid of real conversation. I listen and support. That is what I do. Everyday. It is my profession. And passion.

Social media is a “necessity” they say.”You can’t be taken seriously without it” they say. “It’s all about connecting with your audience” they say.
I disagree.
Social media platforms are not “necessities”.
“Being taken seriously” -seriously?
And real “audience connection” only exists in the real world.
Necessities are the ability to effectively communicate and build real relationships.Whilst being taken seriously is the result of sustained, considered and creative hard work performed professionally. And connection? When an audience feels appreciated a connection is made.
The ability to be authentic (provocative),vulnerable and genuinely listen are my strengths.Apparently my weakness is self promotion?
I’ve said enough.
“The session was insightful, on point and engaging. Glenn has a style that is unique and his ability to be raw, authentic and open with the group allowed us to dig deep and share our experiences in a safe and valuable way. Feedback from the group was overwhelmingly positive and it was great putting together something that was refreshing and compelling but still achieved its objective.”

“His energetic and personable delivery style was very engaging, catering easily for a group of 50 people ranging from early 20s to early 60s. The time went incredibly quickly and many of our staff commented on how powerful Glenn’s presentation was; not only was it relevant to our work with students but also in our own lives and relationships.”

“Glenn has been an invaluable resource to the school over the last 5 years in his capacity to delivery raw, real and compelling pastoral care programs to our middle school and senior school students. The impact he has on students and staff is profound and I cannot recommend his programs highly enough. Glenn’s unique ability to level with young people and see them in their way is truly special. The rapport he develops is instantaneous and the effect he has on them long lasting”
